Sign In

There are two ways to sign in to your Motorcity Systems applications, 

1. Sign in with your Microsoft account, or
2. Sign in with your email address.

Once authenticated, you'll be taken to the Motorcity Systems welcome page.

Sign in with your Microsoft account

If your carrier is using Microsoft's account services to sign in,

1. Open a web browser and visit the sign in page, https://auth.motorcity.systems.
2. Click Sign in with Microsoft.

You will be asked to sign in on your carrier's Microsoft landing page and then taken to the Motorcity Systems welcome page after you've been authenticated.

If you have questions regarding your Microsoft account, contact your administrator or take steps to recover your user information from Microsoft's website.

Sign in with your email address

If your carrier is using email to sign in,

1. Open a web browser and visit the sign in page, https://auth.motorcity.systems.

2. Type your email address and password. 

   • If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password?" to recover it.

   • If you want your email and password to be remembered by your browser, check Remember Me.

3. Click Sign in.

You will be taken to the Motorcity Systems welcome page. 

Your email is the email address where your new user invitation was sent by your administrator. If you're unsure what that may be, contact your administrator.

Welcome page

After you've signed in, you'll be taken to the welcome page. The welcome page features the applications you've been granted access to in your carrier's portfolio. Click an application to begin using it.

If you're unable to access an application, please contact your administrator.
