Support for critical Priority 1 and 2 issues is 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Support for Priority 3, 4, and 5 issues is during standard support hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm EST. See Tiered Support for additional information.
After-Hours and Holiday Procedures
After-hours are weekdays outside of standard support hours, weekends, and holidays. Priority 1 and 2 support issues within be responded to within one hour.
