RELAY

FEATURES
- Deprecation of the web browser version of RELAY for mobile devices is scheduled for January 7, 2026. It is recommended that users download the RELAY Mobile app available in both the Google Play and Apple App stores. If a user chooses to access RELAY with a web browser on a mobile device, they will be directed to the appropriate app store to install the RELAY Mobile app.
BUG FIXES
- Resolved an issue where, after sending a message, a user could not scroll beyond the current batch of messages in the driver’s message thread.
- Resolved an issue where scheduled messages could be sent to drivers the user did not have access to see.

BUG FIXES
- Resolved an issue where, when a filter was applied and a table had no records to display, the Clear Filter button disabled after a page refresh.

FEATURES
- To continue receiving the latest features, security updates, and performance improvements, all drivers must use a supported version of the app. Drivers should update to ROLLER version 2.27.0, or later, by April 28, 2026. For more information, visit the FAQ.
BUG FIXES
- Resolved an issue when multiple single sign-ons (SSOs) happened from Geotab causing drivers to be prompted to sign out multiple times.

FEATURES
- Added a setting to process load acceptance and driver assignments with split trips for the TMWSuite integration.
- Added logic to process border crossings at the leg level for the TMWS integration.
BUG FIXES
- Resolved an issue pertaining to trailer logic where the trailer validation treated the trailer number of NONE as an actual trailer if the trailer number NONE existed in the TMS.
- Resolved an issue where the system was unable to find a carrier with an onboarding packet when searching by DOT number without the carrier ID for the TMWSuite integration.
- Resolved an issue with a geofence break not generating a form processing error in RELAY because there is not an associated driver.
- Resolved an issue with the correct date and time was not updating when a stop’s departure was received without an arrival.
